Amos joined Diamond McCarthy in July 2009. Prior to joining the firm, Amos was an associate in the litigation department of Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP and, prior to that, Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP.

Amos has represented individuals and businesses in complex commercial disputes in the United States District Courts for the Southern District of New York and Western District of Pennsylvania, the Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York, the Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, and in the courts of numerous states. He specializes in litigation involving fraud or allegations of fraud in connection with insolvent entities.
