For the 2008 program, we will be looking at second year students who are at the top of their class. Summer associates will be "based" in the office of their choice, but can expect to spend a significant amount of time in the other offices as well. We treat all Diamond McCarthy attorneys and staff as family, so it's important that you get to know them all. Besides, you'll undoubtedly be working with attorneys from all three offices on your projects anyway.

Naturally, you should expect some fun parties and some nice dinners. But mostly, you should expect high quality, interesting work. You will not be given "busy work" - we don't have any - and you'll be busy enough on real work in real cases for real clients.
