Ben joined Diamond McCarthy in September 2008.

He received his J.D. from Columbia Law School in May 2009 where he was a Kent Scholar, a Stone Scholar, and national champion in the Constance Baker Motley Moot Court Competition. He graduated with a B.S. in Human Biology from the University of Texas at Austin in 2004 where he received University Honors, and was a member of the Dean’s List.

Before attending Columbia Law School, Ben spent 2 years in Washington, D.C. as a consultant with Booz Allen Hamilton. While at Booz Allen, he worked as a Technical Assistant to the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency.

Ben is licensed to practice in Texas and is a member of the State Bar of Texas.
