"Team Diamond McCarthy” to ride in MS 150
Diamond McCarthy is pleased to announce the formation of "Team Diamond McCarthy" to participate in the 2008 MS 150 ride from Houston to Austin on April 12-13. The BP MS 150 Bike Tour is a two-day cycling adventure from Houston to Austin that raises funds to help people living with MS. Consistent with how the firm staffs its cases, Team Diamond McCarthy is comprised of members of the firm family from the Austin, Houston and New York offices, and will be supported by friends and family along the way.

Diamond McCarthy Opens Its New York City Office

Texas Monthly Rising Star

Diamond McCarthy adds three new partners
Diamond McCarthy is pleased to announce that Ben King, Jason Rudd and Christopher Johnson have been made partners. Ben, out of the Dallas Office, is a member of our business litigation section where his practice focuses on insolvency and professional liability issues, class action and toxic tort litigation. Jason, who works in our Austin office, and Chris in the Houston office, focus their practice in the bankruptcy arena with an emphasis on debt restructuring, complex workouts and the commercial chapter 11 and 17 process including litigation and corporate transactions.

Mike Truesdale has been elected to a three year term as a Council Member of the State Bar of Texas Appellate Section. His term on the Council will run from 2004 through 2007. Mike is a partner in the Austin office.
