Josh joined Diamond McCarthy in September 2007.

Josh received his J.D., with honors, from the University of Texas School of Law in 2007, where he served as a Notes Editor for the Texas Law Review and was the Judging Director for the Board of Advocates. His student note, Giving Nature Constitutional Protection, received the award for Outstanding Environmental Law Publication. During law school, Josh interned at the Texas Third Court of Appeals in Austin.

Josh graduated summa cum laude from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a B.A. in History and Political Science. While at the University of Illinois, Josh completed several advanced studies programs, was a member of Phi Beta Kappa, and upon graduation, was a recipient of the Bronze Tablet, the highest university honor for academic achievement.
