United States Attorney Intervenes & Settles Action Brought by Whistleblower Represented by Diamond McCarthy

The Head Start Employees' Welfare Fund has agreed to pay $4.8 million to settle claims that it diverted money to be used for children in the Head Start program by overbilling for insurance reimbursement for Head Start employees.
