Diamond McCarthy has a strong appellate practice. We have defended and prosecuted cases in the United States Supreme Court, various federal circuit courts, the Supreme Courts of Texas and California, and many state appellate courts across the country. We also have assisted our clients in matters before courts of appeal in England, the House of Lords, and in specialized appellate forums such as the Privy Council. The appeals we handle arise out of numerous commercial contexts that are as varied in subject as those we handle for trial.

Our attorneys are licensed in appellate courts across the nation, including the Supreme Court of the United States, and many of the federal circuit courts of appeals.
