Jacob J. Roberts is an associate in Diamond McCarthy’s Houston office whose law practice is focused on complex commercial litigation.

- Representation of several investment funds against Bank of America for breach of derivative swap agreements arising out of $3.2 billion warehouse securitization program.
- Representation of the USACM Liquidating Trust in connection with various litigation claims arising out of the collapse of USA Commercial Mortgage Company, a commercial loan servicer with more than $950 million in outstanding loans.
- Representation of a real estate development and management company in AAA arbitration proceeding initiated by a resident of a company-managed property. After a hearing, the arbitrator denied all claims against the development company.
