James Sheppard is a Diamond McCarthy associate with the firm’s Dallas office.
Prior to joining the firm in 2010, James served as a law clerk to Justices Eva Guzman and Scott Brister of the Supreme Court of Texas.
James received his Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center where he was an editor for the American Criminal Law Review. He was also the co-editor of an article on financial institution fraud for the 23rd Annual Survey of White Collar Crime. The article reviewed the development and application of federal criminal statutes that govern offenses by or against financial institutions.
James is licensed to practice in Texas.
