Steve Wilson

Steve Wilson is a partner in the Dallas office of Diamond McCarthy. Steve’s practice is focused on real estate finance, debt restructuring, corporate reorganization, and mergers and acquisitions.

Steve’s clients include institutional lenders, opportunity funds, private equity funds and real estate developers and operators. He has worked on a wide range of deals, including financing, acquisition, development, operation, leasing and disposition of various commercial real estate asset classes. In addition, he negotiates Section 363 sales, debt restructuring and workout transactions in connection with distressed real estate assets.
Steve is also experienced in negotiating leasing transactions, including office leases, ground leases and ground leasehold financing.

Prior to joining Diamond McCarthy, Steve spent four years as an associate with a large global law firm.

Steve received his law degree from the University of Texas where he was elected to the Order of the Coif. Prior to attending law school, Steve worked as a management consultant.

Steve is licensed to practice in Texas.
