Steve Wilson is an associate in the Dallas office of Diamond McCarthy LLP.

Steve has broad experience representing institutional lenders, opportunity funds, private equity funds and real estate developers and operators in the financing, acquisition, development, operation, leasing and disposition of various commercial real estate asset classes, and in negotiating Section 363 sales, debt restructuring and workout transactions in connection with distressed real estate assets. Steve is also experienced in negotiating leasing transactions, including office leases, ground leases and ground leasehold financing. Prior to joining the firm, Steve spent four years as an associate with Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP.

Steve received his law degree from the University of Texas where he graduated with high honors and was elected to the Order of the Coif. He graduated summa cum laude from The College of William and Mary, receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, and was a member of Phi Beta Kappa. Prior to attending law school, Steve worked as a management consultant.
