Diamond McCarthy’s Mark Shank (Dallas) Inducted as a Fellow in the College of Commercial Arbitrators

Diamond McCarthy is proud to announce that Senior Counsel Mark A. Shank was inducted as a Fellow in the College of Commercial Arbitrators on Friday, October 19, 2018. The ceremony was held at the College’s annual meeting that took place in Atlanta, GA.

The College of Commercial Arbitrators (CCA) recognizes excellence in the field of commercial arbitration across the United States and around the globe. The prominent organization is widely known for defining and promoting the highest standards of arbitrator ethics, standards of conduct, and best practices in commercial arbitration and is recognized as the world’s most prestigious commercial arbitration association.  

Distinguished as the most elite within the profession, Fellows of the CCA are selectively invited to join the organization for their notable contributions to the field and their qualified experience to skillfully and successfully undertake complex and difficult commercial arbitration assignments.
