Currently counsel to the MGTF Radio Company d/b/a Steel City Media, one of the largest owners and operators of radio stations and other media in the central United States. Diamond McCarthy has been engaged to investigate, analyze and prosecute claims on behalf of Steel City Media against various financial institutions for lender liability claims arising out of a $250million senior loan facility. Target Defendant banks include the several regional to national banks. No litigation yet has been commenced although pre-suit document discovery has been fully underway based upon approval by the federal court in St. Louis.
