A former top-ranked tennis player, Melissa applies the same tenacity and discipline from the court to the courtroom, delivering strong advocacy for her clients. Her practice spans commercial litigation and appeals, with additional expertise in intellectual property disputes, including high-stakes patent litigation and inter partes review proceedings.
