Ross Holley is an Associate in Diamond McCarthy’s Houston office, where he focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation. Ross has experience representing companies and individuals in courts across the country in business disputes involving fraud, fiduciary breaches, breaches of contracts, intellectual property disputes. Ross has represented clients at all stages of proceedings, from pre-suit through to appeals and collections. Ross also has extensive experience representing parties in cross-border and international disputes, including Korean and Japanese clients in disputes with U.S. joint venture partners and U.S. clients in disputes with Chinese joint venture partners.
Ross is a graduate of Harvard Law School. Prior to law school, he completed a graduate degree at Rutgers University, where he graduated first in his class, and an undergraduate degree at The College of New Jersey, where he graduated cum laude.
