A proficient litigator and appellate lawyer, Stacey Pratt represents employers, C-suite executives, directors and other business clients in a diverse range of challenging disputes in state and federal courts, arbitrations and administrative proceedings. She has significant experience resolving labor and employment litigation concerning wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, FLSA wage and hour violations, trade secret theft, defamation and breach of employment, non-compete and severance agreements.
Stacey also guides clients through complex litigation involving a variety of issues outside the employment context, ranging from corporate financial fraud, Ponzi schemes, fraudulent transfers, breach of fiduciary duties and professional malpractice to insurance litigation and coverage, contract disputes, consumer protection, and many more.
