Brian R. Hogue

Brian R. Hogue is an Associate in Diamond McCarthy’s Houston office. Brian is a trial lawyer who has successfully represented plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal courts across the country at every stage of litigation. This includes representing clients through the appeals process in both federal and state court—including the Texas Supreme Court. Whether representing plaintiffs or defendants, Brian focuses on preparing the case for trial while keeping an eye on how to protect clients on appeal.

Brian is a graduate of Cornell Law School where he also served as Editor-In-Chief of the Cornell Law Review. Following his graduation, Brian clerked for Judge Lee H. Rosenthal of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas and for Judge Richard C. Wesley of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
