Connor McKinney is an Associate in Diamond McCarthy’s Houston office, who focuses his practice on commercial litigation and white-collar matters. He has experience handling cases involving breaches of contract, business disputes, civil conspiracies, breaches of fiduciary duty, and fraud. Connor has tried cases to jury verdicts and has also participated in arbitration proceedings, mediations, and oral hearings.

Connor is a graduate of Columbia Law School, where he was recognized as a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar. He completed his undergraduate studies at Trinity University, where he was a member of the Dean’s List.

  • Represented publicly-traded foreign company in a lawsuit involving allegations of fraud and breach of fiduciary duty arising from the sale of a subsidiary to a domestic U.S. company.
  • Participated in the defense of a $200 million arbitration claim, which resulted in a take-nothing judgment.
