David Reynolds, a Partner in Diamond McCarthy’s Dallas office, is committed to obtaining value-based results in his representation of companies and individuals in complex litigation.  A relentless advocate, David communicates openly with his clients to ensure a litigation strategy based on each individual client’s goals, often devising creative solutions to unique and difficult issues.  Combining his extensive courtroom experience with a business acumen desired by his clients, David utilizes his background to pragmatically resolve challenging disputes.

David has litigated claims in numerous industries, including construction, manufacturing, computer software and technology, insurance, food service, health and wellness, mortgage and lending, trust claims management, property management, and fuel additives.  In his practice, David has tried cases to judgment, resolved cases in mediation, participated in arbitration proceedings, and worked cases through the appeals process.  Mindful of the financial considerations of his clients, as well as the stress involved with litigation, David works diligently to offer legal services that provide value.

Since joining Diamond McCarthy in 2016, David has focused the majority of his practice on business and trust related disputes, including filing and defending claims for breach of contract, violations of fiduciary duty, business fraud, breach of non-compete agreements, theft of trade secrets, and tortious interference, as well as shareholder derivative claims.  David has also consulted as outside counselor to small businesses, trustees, and trust beneficiaries requiring legal support for their ongoing needs. In many cases, David will work closely with his clients to not only handle the immediate conflict, but to also prepare an appropriate business strategy to prevent the same issues from occurring again.
