Justin C. White is an Associate in Diamond McCarthy’s San Francisco office. He focuses his practice on labor and employment litigation including advocating for victims of sexual harassment, wage theft, discrimination, retaliation and wrongful termination. Additionally, Justin advises employers on litigation avoidance, employee mobility and trade secret related issues. He also has experience in commercial litigation representing clients from a range of industries in matters involving financial fraud, breach of contract and LLC member disputes.

Justin received his J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law and his B.A. from Miami University. During law school, Justin served as a law clerk to the Honorable Richard Kramer in the Complex Litigation Department of the San Francisco Superior Court and as a certified law clerk in the San Francisco City Attorney’s Office. Justin was also selected to participate in the Frank C. Newman International Human Rights Clinic where he had an opportunity to lobby United Nations delegates and present to an assembly of the United Nations Human Rights Council.
