Karen is an associate in Diamond McCarthy's San Francisco office, where she focuses on complex business litigation and bankruptcy. She has represented both plaintiffs and large corporate defendants and also has experience representing bankruptcy estates, corporate and individual debtors and Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 trustees. Karen has experience litigating commercial cases in state and federal court, including bankruptcy court. In addition, she has represented receivers and companies in receivership.
