Nicole Karam is an Associate at Diamond McCarthy's Dallas office who works diligently to achieve the best outcomes for her clients, both in and out of the courtroom.  Nicole has experience handling disputes in state and federal court, as well as arbitration and mediation, relating to complex commercial transactions, contracts, fraud, deceptive trade practices, employment, breach of fiduciary duties, intellectual property, and environmental matters. 

Nicole earned her J.D. from Albany Law School in 2015, summa cum laude, where she served as Associate Editor of the Albany Law Review, as well as a Dean Sponslor Honors Teaching Fellow for Federal Civil Procedure and a Teaching Assistant for Introduction to LawyeringWhile in law school, Nicole was a legal intern with General Electric Company, where she gained extensive experience in corporate intellectual property matters, and with the New York Department of Environmental Conservation.  Nicole also served as a judicial intern with the Honorable Lawrence E. Kahn in the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York.

In addition to her practice, Nicole currently serves as a Co-Chair of the Wellness Committee for the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers, where she works to promote the health and well-being of young lawyers within the Dallas community.
