Ross Holley

Ross Holley is an Associate in Diamond McCarthy’s Houston office, where he focuses his practice on commercial litigation and white-collar matters. Ross has experience representing companies and individuals in courts across the country in cases involving business disputes, fraud, fiduciary breaches, and appellate matters. Ross also has extensive experience in international commercial arbitration. Ross has represented a Japanese construction equipment manufacturer and a Korean chemical manufacturer in multi-billion dollar disputes with U.S. joint venture partners, where he had primary responsibility for data privacy issues, among others.

Ross is a graduate of Harvard Law School. Prior to law school, he completed a graduate degree at Rutgers University, where he graduated first in his class, and an undergraduate degree at The College of New Jersey, where he graduated cum laude.
