Dallas Partner Mark K. Sales was recognized as “Lawyer of the Year” in the category of Litigation – Trusts and Estates. Previously serving as a Director of the State Bar of Texas from 2007 to 2010 and President of the Dallas Bar Association in 2006, Sales is an experienced commercial litigator with a focus on probate, trust and related fiduciary duty litigation. He also represents clients on a wide variety of trial and appellate matters in the federal and state courts. In addition to “Lawyer of the Year”, Sales also was selected as a “Best Lawyers in America” in the 2020 Edition. These recognitions accompany Sales’ additional achievement of being selected as a Thomson Reuters “Super Lawyer” for fifteen succeeding years.

Sullivan currently practices in complex and high-stakes litigation with a particular focus in bankruptcy, third party and professionally liability, intellectual property and business divorce matters. Sullivan also was selected as a “Best Lawyers in America” by Best Lawyers, and has additionally been recognized as a Thomson Reuters “Super Lawyer” for ten consecutive years.
