Diamond McCarthy is pleased to announce the addition of three Partners, one Senior Counsel and one Associate in Los Angeles.
The Firm welcomes Partners Ryan M. Lapine, Robert W. Mockler and Thomas B. Watson, Senior Counsel David A. Castleman, and Associate Joshua H. Herr in the downtown Los Angeles office. They add to the Firm’s intellectual property and patent, insurance coverage, bankruptcy, securities, energy and international litigation practice areas, as well as the arbitration and alternative dispute resolution practice area.
Ryan is a trial lawyer who specializes in litigating highly complex cases. He focuses his practice on insurance recovery, entertainment and business, intellectual property, and high-value third-party Delgado litigation.
Practicing in the legal industry for over twenty years, Robert focuses on complex business disputes and trials. He also has extensive experience in state, federal and international litigation and arbitration, and occasionally sits as an arbitrator.
Thomas’ primary areas of practice are in the trial and arbitration phases of complex civil cases. His practice includes litigation in matters relating to business, energy, securities, bankruptcy, patents and the False Claims Act. He also is experienced in representing clients in both national and international arbitration.
David focuses his practice on complex litigation matters as well as arbitration and alternative dispute resolution. He also has significant appellate experience in state and federal courts, including the United States Supreme Court.
Joshua focuses his practice on matters involving entertainment, intellectual property, civil fraud and insurance disputes. He also is an effective mediator having resolved multiple civil matters since obtaining his Master of Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine University.
