Diamond McCarthy, a leading national litigation boutique, is pleased to welcome attorney, Mark A. Shank, to the firm’s Dallas office as Senior Counsel.

For decades Mark has been a well-known and respected lawyer within the legal community. With nearly 40 years of experience, Mark has provided guidance and counsel in a wide variety of sectors including oilfield services and energy enterprises, technology, banking and financial services, multi-level marketing, telecommunications, manufacturing, health care and service industries to name a few. Mark’s practice is focused on complex disputes, which he arbitrates, investigates, prosecutes, or defends as a neutral across the nation. He is also Board Certified in Civil Trial Law and Labor and Employment Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.

In addition to providing the highest quality service to his clients, Mark is also very active in both professional and community organizations and has served  as a past Director of the State Bar of Texas, President of the Dallas Bar Association and President of the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers.
