With diverse clients ranging from closely-held companies and publicly-traded corporations to entrepreneurs and investors, Justin Strother knows how to resolve the most challenging business litigation before state and federal courts in Texas and in arbitrations across the country. He handles every phase of disputes involving a number of complex issues, including breach of contract, fraud, breach of fiduciary duties, professional liability, business-divorce matters, non-compete and non-solicitation agreements, trade secret theft, tortious interference, and intellectual property disputes.
Helping clients protect their business interests outside the courtroom is also a significant part of Justin’s practice. He serves as outside general counsel for clients advising on a broad range of transactional and governance matters, including strategic decisions on mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions, entity structuring, regulatory compliance, and defusing controversies quickly before they give rise to litigation.
Justin often serves as a mediator in a wide variety of commercial litigation matters and as an arbitrator, including in legal fee disputes.
